This project focused on optimising Shopify web stores by leveraging customer data and data-backed UX design to enhance performance. The goal was to help clients gain deeper insights into their industry, benchmark against competitors, and drive measurable improvements in both conversion rates and average order value.
The Solution:
The optimisation process was powered by a proprietary system designed to assess and enhance various aspects of the Shopify store. This system generated bespoke impact reports that evaluated critical areas, including:
Website optimisation, User experience (UX) design, Segmentation of customer groups, Analysis of feature stacks.
The key goals were to increase conversion rates and boost AOV.
The Marketing:
Testing the product on a small current client list, we received feedback/testimonials that we leveraged into the V2 build and to use to build marketing material for a wider launch.
I then prospected a list of brands that fell within our range of expertise and reached out through email, LinkedIn and targeted ads to share the demo video and why their brand would benefit from completing an audit.
